  • An initial phone screen to determine employment eligibility
  • Pre-employment evaluation of applicant's susceptibility to workplace violence, workers compensation fraud, timecard forgery, and on-the-job drug use
  • Skills-based testing
  • An in-depth face-to-face interview with one or more of our recruiters
  • Drug screening and criminal background checks at our client's request

ISS provides the most stable workforce. This is due in part to our redefining Temporary Personnel as permanent employees of our company who are given termed work assignments on a regular basis. As a result, only the workplace is temporary in nature, not the availability of employment. Our goal is to completely satisfy your needs while simultaneously creating full-time employment for our work force.

Our recruiting, training, and comprehensive risk management programs ensure that you receive only the most competent and reliable employees. Our Employees know what they are getting into. They understand that many work days don't end at 5pm and .......certainly don't start at 9am.

At ISS workers Safety is a high priority which we maintain and promote with training , protocol and worksite inspections. ISS provides formalized safety training and safety-knowledge tests to all new employees. ISS offers ongoing classes that teach accident prevention and general safety rules as well as provides annual refreshers on all applicable OSHA Standards.

We feel strongly about the importance of a safe work environment, so our Risk Management department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Risk Management programs include:

  • Work-Site Accident Investigations
  • Employee Safety Incentive Program
  • Video Safety Training
  • Onsite Forklift Training
  • Drug Screening (Pre-employment, for cause, random and/or post-accident)
